How to Return

- Receive authorization - We'll provide a return number (RMA)
- Ship it back - Pack securely with RMA number on package
- Get refunded - Refund processed within 5-10 business days after inspection

- Ship original item back to us
- Receive replacement - Shipped within 1-2 days of receiving your item
Exchange Shipping
- Standard exchanges: Charges are borne by the company
Price Differences
- Higher price: You pay the difference before we ship replacement
- Lower price: We refund the difference
One Exchange Per Item
Each item is eligible for one exchange only. If replacement doesn't work, return it for a refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will:
- Provide prepaid return label
- Ship replacement with expedited shipping, OR
- Issue full refund including original shipping
